Elon Musk told CNBC that he will continue to tweet out whatever he likes and if Twitter advertisers and Tesla owners don't like it, too bad.
CNBC's David Faber interviewed Musk today after the Tesla annual meeting and brought up his penchant for extremism.
"Do your tweets hurt the company?" Faber asked. "Are there Tesla owners that say 'I don't agree with his political positions, you gotta stop man,'...I can't get these ads for some of the things you tweet."
Musk paused for about eleven seconds before he bizarrely used a scene from The Princess Bride movie and the character Iñigo Montoya, who was blinded by vengeance to make his point.
"So you just don't care?" Faber asked.
"I'll say what I want to say and if the consequences of that is losing money, so be it."
Musk could have just kept on tweeting and retweeting his vile stuff like every other MAGA ass-hat, but he's ego is so huge he had to buy it.
Twitter has become Musk's $54 billion dollarpersonal plaything that he uses to espouse and amplify extreme MAGA garbage and to hell with everybody else; including Tesla owners and their shareholders.
That's a great business plan.
