As you may have heard, Georgia’s special grand jury investigating Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election completed its work Monday. The special grand jury will issue a final report that will recommend whether or not Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis should seek any indictments from a “regular” grand jury.
That, plus the jailing, likely future legal woes and loss of his long-time CFO, Allen Weisselberg, must have Donald Trump shaking in his boots and out of ketchup bottles to throw. So, like all bullies and crime bosses, he’s responding by threatening and trying to intimidate innocent people, in this case two Georgia election workers. Again.
Trump published his disgusting attack on his social media platform, knowing his supporters will probably provide a dangerously hostile response:

In fact, Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Shaye Moss, were unsung heroes, doing their job, serving America and democracy during the 2020 election. Donald Trump and his allies who didn’t like the outcome of the election or the Georgia results targeted them and the two were threatened and harassed to the point that Lady Ruby, as she was known, was told by the FBI to go into hiding.
President Joe Biden just awarded the mother and daughter the Presidential Citizens Medal on January 6, 2023. Last May, MAGA network OANN publicly acknowledged, as part of its legal settlement with Freeman and Ross, that the two had not engaged in any voter fraud and had done nothing wrong.
Freeman’s testimony to the J6 committee is haunting. “There is nowhere I feel safe,” she said. “Do you know how it feels to have the president of the United States to target you?”
Now, she and her daughter are being targeted all over again because the walls are closing in on the disgraced, twice-impeached Former Guy.
I hope Fani Willis throws the book at Trump and adds new charges for his attempts to intimidate Freeman and Moss.
