Mick Harvey - latest solo outing since 2007


Something new from Mick Harvey (Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, The Birthday Party), due out on May 3rd. A new solo album, Sketches From The Book Of The Dead. This is a pre-release track (not sure if it's destined to be a single) from Mute Records who have joined the avalanche of talent taking up residence on Soundcloud.

Tonight's track is Famous Last Words and it bodes well for what the rest of the album is going to sound like. This is Harvey's latest solo effort since his 2007 album Two Of Diamonds and it's a welcome addition.
