What is it with the Republicans' bizarre fetish for torture? Just last week, Jonah Goldberg's Mom basically tweeted the same thing, and now this idiot, who's a New York State Senator. And he's since doubled-down.
It's amazing how quickly these bedwetters start shredding the Constitution, isn't it?
At least they've dropped the pretense and are just admitting what the Bush administration did was torture. So in effect, they're calling George W. Bush a war criminal, every time they do this.
