Not only is Art Alexakis, a tremendous singer-songwriter and guitarist of Everclear, but he's also an advocate for MS, since he was diagnosed with it in 2016.
On March 27th he performed in the “Dystopia Tonight Stream to End MS”

Born and raised in Santa Monica, Alexakis continues his National MS Awareness Month tradition of kicking off the third annual 24-hour online “Dystopia Tonight Stream to End MS” starting Wednesday at 6 pm Pacific. All funds raised benefit the National MS Society.

I had the privilege of meeting Art a few years ago, and he's a man among men. His music is celebrating 30 years, but his legacy as a human being will last much longer. If we had more people like Art Alexakis in the world, the earth would be a much better.
