This week the Republicans finally got themselves a Speaker! Who knew Speakering was so hard!? But they didn't just get any ole Speaker, they picked a back bench Christofascist who stands against all progress, the rights of pretty much any group that's ever been on the receiving end of discrimination and thinks Social Security and Medicare should just up and disappear, he's also incredibly creepy.
Like into all that fundamentalist weirdness like "covenant marriage" and using the Bible to justify aggression (too bad he missed his window for The Crusades! But there are other things he has in mind). Which goes nicely with the creepiness of George Santos, who in his newest claims, says Chinese Communists kidnapped his niece.
