As we have come to expect from the Roberts court, SCOTUS votes 6-3 for white supremacy in the guise of "racism is over in America." Politico posted the full ruling here.
Colleges and Universities will find ways to work around it. But lying about the country is what SCOTUS does, and it's horrible.
And college students have yet another reason to be pissed at Republicans.
NAACP President Derrick Johnson (above) didn't sugarcoat it: “The worst thing about affirmative action is that it created a Clarence Thomas.”
First, let's look at the dissents.
But hey, Clarence Thomas made everyone sit through his 58-page concurrence while he read it aloud.
