Conservative podcast host Charlie Kirk on Thursday celebrated after the U.S. Supreme Court banned Affirmative Action programs based on race. The ruling could result in fewer Black college students.
Kirk argued that Affirmative Action was inconsistent with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech."
"Is it we want to judge people based on character and choices and their values, or are we going to judge people based on their skin color?" he asked. "By the way, if you judge people based on their skin color, you will become a third-world country."
"I don't want to live in that country," the podcaster said. "This is a good step forward."
Kirk claimed that the Affirmative Action law was one of the "goofy creative ways to just be racist, be racist against Asians, racist against white people."
"It's another example of the war on white people that we've talked about before," he added.
