Hunter Biden has reportedly reached a plea deal with federal prosecutors related to two tax misdemeanor charges and a gun charge, and FOX is not happy. As part of the deal, Hunter will agree to 2 years probation, and the gun charge will be dropped if he is compliant with his probation, which includes going to rehab.
FOX regular Jonathan Turley is unhappy that Garland didn't appoint a special counsel. But in this case, a minor tax case related to two years of non-payment, and a GUILTY PLEA, there is really no need for a special counsel. This is standard procedure for these types of cases.
