Lev Parnas tweeted that Rudy Giuliani and former President Donald Trump have been talking and are worried and nervous that they are about to get indicted in Georgia. Parnas was Rudy Giuliani's associate and a figure in Trump's first impeachment investigation. He was sentenced in 2022 to a year and eight months in prison for fraud and campaign finance crimes. His behavior has shifted since then, seemingly to make up for his past.
Well, it sure looks that way from looking at Trump's Truth Social posts. It's possible that Trump is being kept up late at night with nightmares of Special Counsel Jack Smith nipping at his heels.
The New York case is just the appetizer of what's to come, and Trump knows it. The one-termer is on tape begging an official to "find" him more votes in Georgia. And then there's the case of the classified documents -- where he refused to return the docs he hoarded that didn't belong to him. Even Trump's former Attorney General Bill Barr knows the case of the classified documents is strong.
"The BOXES HOAX, WHERE I DID NOTHING WRONG, BUT BIDEN DID, IS JUST ANOTHER WAY FOR THE DEMOCRATS TO CHEAT ON ELECTIONS THROUGH, IN THIS CASE, ELECTION INTERFERENCE," he wrote last night. "I AM COVERED BY THE PRESIDENTIAL RECORDS ACT AND, UNLIKE BIDEN WHO WAS NOT PRESIDENT, HAVE THE POWER TO DECLASSIFY. MY PEOPLE ARE BEING THREATENED AND HARASSED BY A THUG PROSECUTOR WHO WAS PUT IN BY BIDEN TRUMP HATERS. OUR LEGAL SYSTEM IS CORRUPT, AND THE DEMOCRATS ARE USING IT TO RIGG THE 2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. WAY UP IN POLLS!"
And, of course, he called the District Attorney in Georgia a racist. There is zero evidence that Fani Willis is a racist, but Trump uses that line often when he feels threatened by a Black person.
"Just like New York, the Racist District Attorney in Atlanta, who presides over one of the most deadly and violent jurisdictions in the U.S. (and does nothing about it!), is having an impossible time showing that my "PERFECT" phone call was bad, when none of the many lawyers on the call interjected that I was saying something wrong or improper - Not even a word of admonishment," he wrote. "They never hung up or said "how dare you." That's because, as everyone knows, there was nothing wrong with the call!"
Trump kicked off his Monday morning to take a shot at his former Attorney General.
"Slovenly and pathetic Bill Barr, our COWARD former A.G., was on ABC FAKE NEWS this weekend making statements that he knows nothing about (he was long since gone from the White House, I wanted him out!) concerning the BOXES HOAX, a continuation of RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, UKRAINE, UKRAINE, UKRAINE, the Mueller Witch Hunt, & more," he wrote. "While he correctly puts down the N.Y.D.A. case, he plays up the equally ridiculous BOXES HOAX, where Biden should have the problem, not me. Barr is a weak & angry RINO!"
He ended Monday's rant with a fear-inducing post for his fire-breathing base.
"The best and only way to solve the problem with China, and every other problem we have, is to get rid of Biden!!!" he added. "The way the U.S. is going, we will soon be in World War lll, with NO AMMUNITION!"
Well, Mr. Indicted Pants, the grand jury is saying, 'How dare you,' and that's good enough for the rest of us. And Trump must also deal with a possible indictment over his role in the Jan. 6 insurrection. Law and order!
