Fox News host Sean Hannity offered no pushback to, and in effect agreed with, Marjorie Taylor Greene's 'national divorce' between so-called red and blue states/

This in addition to her "looming Civil War" comments on Twitter.

Hannity had Marge spewing anti-democratic nonsense for over five minutes, normalizing her radical ideas.

Greene promoted the Confederacy when she discussed states' rights and continued defending her fantasies by saying she received a lot of likes on Twitter.

Early in the interview, Hannity inflamed the situation by reading off the laundry list of his usual complaints, which fueled her wackadoo nonsense.

Greene attacked the entire Democratic party, the Green New Deal, and any program the Democratic party supports.

As far as pushback, Hannity posed it as a question at the end of the interview.

"What do you say to your critics that say our country is governed by our Constitution. You swore an oath to defend it," Hannity said.

Does Hannity not believe the country is governed by the US Constitution and elected officials did swear an oath to protect it?

The Fox News host then wondered if elections are suddenly passe, by denigrating the idea that whichever political party wins an election, they get to promote their agenda. In other words, our entire system of US governance.

"Do you actually think there will be a growing movement towards [civil war] because the divide is so deep?" Hannity asked.

Greene then aligned herself with ideas coming out of the Confederacy, which was responsible for the Civil War.

"Actually, I think this is a much bigger movement than most people in Washington even realize," Greene said. Actually, Greene is helping recruit members to her vision of divided states of America.

Green then used the Confederacy as her linchpin.

"We need to stop our spending -- We can abolish departments and different parts of our federal government and give states more power and control to conduct their affairs and their laws that fit people that live in those states," Greene said.

Jefferson Davis would be so proud.

In Marjorie's mind, the only way to end the disagreements we have as a nation is to, in effect, either have a Civil War or divide the country into red and blue states. Marge's state of Georgia has two Democratic senators, by the way.

"Do you expect it'll happen? " Hannity asked.

"Well, I think it's something we should work towards because it's the kind of vision the founding fathers had --- it worked from the beginning..." Greene said

WTF is she talking about?

A sitting US Congresswoman wants to work towards overthrowing U.S. Democracy and its Constitution and turn it into a states' rights nation.

Hannity just helped normalize her insane ideas.

The rise of Christian nationalism, white supremacy, and hatred of "others" within the GOP and MAGA has turned one political party into a cult. Fox News is helping the cult.
