Pardoned felon Dinesh D'Souza defended the high volume of crazy and bizarre lies told by Republican Congressman George Santos, by claiming all politicians lie like that.
Huh? The defenses of Santos are becoming more pathetic and off-the-wall as each day passes.
"I notice that in the wake of the #GeorgeSantos scandal, no one has proposed we pass a law outlawing campaign lies," DD tweeted.
MAGA cultists always cry about their supposed freedom of speech being attacked, even if they don't understand what the First Amendment is.
So why would D'Souza propose a law banning lying in political campaigns?
It's impossible to outlaw lying, jackass. Unless a person is under oath or being investigated by the FBI. (Michael Flynn.)
It used to be in all US political parties that if a candidate lied and made up large swaths of their own life, they would be disqualified from being in Congress.
"Because that would wipe out the Democratic Party and a considerable chunk of the Republican Party. Santos is actually in the political mainstream."
Political mainstream for MAGA, anyway. The entire GOP is built on a house of lies.
Trump would be in prison for 150 years if "lying in political campaigns" was outlawed.
