Slapped down by 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Judge Aileen Cannon was forced to terminate her original ruling that allowed a Special Master to review all the documents, top secret or otherwise, seized by the FBI at Mar-A-Lago.
At the time she created the special master, all credible legal experts called her ruling outrageous.
The 11th Circuit rebuked Cannon's moronic ruling, as Judge William Pryor explained:
“We cannot write a rule that allows any subject of a search warrant to block government investigations after the execution of the warrant. Nor can we write a rule that allows only former presidents to do so. Either approach would be a radical reordering of our caselaw, limiting the federal courts’ involvement in criminal investigations. And both would violate bedrock separation-of-powers limitations.”
Today, Cannon officially ended her crazy ruling.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. This case is DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION.
2. Any scheduled hearings are CANCELED, any pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT, and all deadlines are TERMINATED.
3. The Clerk of Court shall CLOSE this case.
The good news is that the case moves forward against Trump.
