Tonight, Joe Biden is expected to tout his accomplishments with regard to infrastructure, the economy, and the coronavirus. But the most significant accomplishment of his first year may be his deft handling of the Ukraine - Russia crisis, and the delicate diplomacy keeping the world out of war while still supporting the defenders of democracy.
