Every Thanksgiving I attempt to show my kids some old dances that my mom tried to teach me. It's done in an effort to work off some of that big dinner.
Of course, one of those dances is the Mashed Potato (as it an appropriate one for the supper just finished.) I don't know if there any real steps to the Strand though.
