AM Joy is a refreshing addition to the MSNBC lineup on weekend mornings on a network that hardly seems to 'Lean Left.' The propensity of the once-progressive channel to cater to the both-siderists of the Beltway bunch has made the channel into Fox Lite and Joy brings sunshine to our dark, conservative news-wasteland.
This was a clip from a long discussion about national security, Russia, Vladimir Putin, and the erratic, childish antics of the GOP's embarrassment/nominee Donald Drümpenführer. Here's the fun part of the discussion where Carl goes all 'you people' on Joy and she's in no mood for his filthy lies.
CARL PALADINO: Why don't you invite (Trump supporter) General Flynn up there?
JOY REID he's usually on RT(Russia Today) but we would love to have him come on but what do you say to this chorus of professionals?
CP: I think what's happened to you, to all of you.
JR: To ME?
CP: To all of the panelists here, and you, okay? Is that you've been in a conditioned box for a long time of political correctness and, and and a certain way of doing things, and we know a guy comes on the scene who shows real leadership qualities (Joy laughs at that part) and who can talk to the American people and and they can find faith in him and and confidence in him; that he's going to do the right thing, all right? When that man comes on the scene you guys just don't know what to do. Okay? They're going to....the progressives are going to lose their influence, okay? Their power and their control of the American people's minds I have and and and you're in a panic state right now.
JR: Oh yeah, we're panicking.
CP: when these people making absolutely crazy accusations, and crazy
JR: Carl Paladino. Thank you very much.
CP: *rambles on way out there someplace.
JR: I think at the moment, if you look at the polling most Americans are standing by the generals and the intelligence professionals, at least as we stand now, but thank you for being on!
CP: But we know what side you're on ma'am. Yup.
JR: Not on Vladimir Putin's side and I like that stand!
