The above video is from earlier, better times, when Trump wasn't such a traitor to his own cause. But now?
Ann Coulter's bigoted book called "In Trump we Trust: E Pluribus Awesome!" was released two days ago on Amazon. We covered it here. It's now number one in the "Political Commentary & Opinion" sales.
But how long can that last if Donald Trump isn't going to deport all 11 million "illegals"? That is the selling point of the WHOLE BOOK!
She took to Twitter to express her, ahem, displeasure.
ANN COULTER on @hardball: "This could be the shortest book tour ever" if Trump's really softening on immigration.

Only part he left out was the "hoops" they'll have to jump through! Trump:"No citizenship. Let me go a step further—they'll pay back-taxes"
—Ann Coulter (@AnnCoulter) August 25, 2016
Trump: "they have to pay taxes, there's no amnesty" [Pro Tip: "Back taxes" means we pay illegals $30k apiece in EITC.}
— Ann Coulter (@AnnCoulter) August 25, 2016
It's not "amnesty." It's "comprehensive immigration reform"!!!! Trump: "they have to pay taxes, there's no amnesty."

Well, if it's "hard," then nevermind. Trump: "... to take a person who's been here for 15 or 20 years ....It's a very, very hard thing."

The amount of pure schadenfreude in response couldn't be helped.
I am so sick of "Crying Jordan" but I am crying at how funny this is... https://t.co/LAMA6KHA7K

Many of Trump's positions don't last a single night, so why Coulter thought they could last an entire book tour is beyond me.

Has anyone checked on Coulter? Is she in a corner somewhere muttering about how the Jews and Mexicans got to Trump?

One has to wonder what kind of advance Sentinel (the "conservative imprint" of Penguin Books) paid Ann Coulter to ride the Trump bandwagon through November. She's certainly been making the media rounds to pimp this garbage like her bank account depends on it. If Trump truly "softens" on immigration, Coulter could be left with a lot of books in the warehouse!!! Sad!
