Montgomery, Pennsylvania does not intend to let Bill Cosby off the hook.
In a live press conference this morning, Assistant District Attorney Kevin Steele accused the comedian of plying Temple University employee Andrea Constand with pills and wine until she was unable "to move or to respond," after which time he "committed aggravated indecent assault upon her." That assault included digital penetration while she was unconscious.

District Attorney Risa Vetri Furman reopened the case, which was closed by her predecessor, after new testimony and allegations from other women who have accused Cosby of sexual assault were unsealed.
"Reopening this case was not a question," Steele said in the press conference. "Rather, it was our duty."
