However, you can't give him all the credit. To say that he's got a great rhythm section is an understatement. The connection between the three of them is practically telekinetic considering the tightness in their playing. Time and feel changes are effortless and they start and stop certain sections with a precision that almost exceeds human abilities. If you're a bandleader of a jazz ensemble (or one of any genre for that matter), there's not much more you can ask for.
