Devo was always a little big ahead of the game in several respects. Their sound was dynamic and incorporated a lot of strange textures that added only raised the quality of their music. As far as their look goes, the power dome-and-jumpsuit may not exactly have caught on with everyone, but it sure helped make them more recognizable. Although Bob's tragic passing has brought sadness to us, we still have fond memories of his time both with and without Devo (Seriously, look up his other work. It's good stuff).

Got any favorite memories of artists who are no longer with us?

Can you help us out?
