A fellow blogger, Americablog is down and isn't getting a response from tech support:

Can anyone help? In a nutshell, first
I was getting a "exceeded quota" error, and now I'm getting a "ftp login
incorrect" error. I suspect I accidentally changed my ftp settings while
trying to fix the quota problem and now that's messed up. Of course I have
no idea what my ftp settings are, and what blogger claims they are (my
sub-domain as user name, and my blogger password as password) of course
don't work. I think the best suggestion is that if anyone knows anyone at
blogger, beg for help.
