Neil Cavuto brings on disgraced former FEMA head Michael Brown to accuse the Obama administration of playing politics with the disaster in the Gulf, that they're "thrilled" with the chance with this opportunity to shut down offshore drilling for good. Nevermind that the President endorsed offshore drilling only weeks ago, angering some environmentalists. Facts never got in the way of FOX News before.

It is curious that Cavuto got Brown, of all people, to talk about environmental disasters but since Katrina was an epic fail I suppose that was the point of bringing Brown on: bring the symbol of that epic failure of mismanagement to add to their viewers perception of the ongoing disaster.

Appalling and shameless at every level, but that's FOX for you.

BROWN: This is exactly what they want, because now he can pander to the environmentalists and say, 'I'm gonna shut it down because it's too dangerous. This president has never supported big oil, he's never supported offshore drilling, and now he has an excuse to shut it back down.
