Patti Smith - Easter
Happy Easter! In my house, we're more of the bunny-delivering-candy Easter celebrators than the sunrise-service-Jesus-has-risen types. So while I stash some plastic eggs around the backyard for my kids to find, take a look at the line up. I'm pretty sure there's no way I'm gonna get through the morning without blaspheming more than a little bit. I don't know what it is about religious leaders that make me so nuts--maybe because I hear so few of them actually following the words of Christ. And today, being Easter Sunday, is chock full of them. It's going to take a whole lot of Peeps to get through this.
