This Week with George Stephanopoulos notes the passings of two service members in Afghanistan:

US Marines Cpl Alex F Domion, 21, Richfield Springs, NY
US Navy PO2 Matthew G Kantor, 22, Gillette, NJ

According to iCasualties, the total number of allied service members killed in Afghanistan is now 3,220.

In addition, the following notable names lost their lives this week:
Former Louisiana State Rep Kevin Reilly, diplomat Jack Vaughn, entrepreneur (and descendant of Fletcher Christian) Claudene Christian, etiquette expert Letitia Baldridge, actor Brian Cobby, baseball player Pascual Pérez, musician Mitch Lucker, journalist Roger Wood and decathlete Milt Campbell.
