Waiting For The Moon To Rise from The BBC Sessions

I admit to being a lurker over at AVClub, one of the few entertainment-related sites that satisfies my snarky tendencies. They had a featured blog this week on what artist their staff would like to see make a comeback and one of the names that came up was Belle & Sebastian.

Honestly, I'm not sure that they ever went away. While I discovered B&S through their amazing album The Life Pursuit and was utterly charmed by the quirkiness and rough edges, the more polished direction that The BBC Sessions displays doesn't send me rushing for the "skip" button either.

But it is an interesting question for a Sunday night: what musical act(s) do you wish would make a comeback to their glory days?
