Probably the most telling moment of last night's debate was Governor Romney's response to the very first question of the night.

College student Jeremy Epstein asks the candidates, "What can you tell me... that I'll be able to sufficiently support myself after I graduate?"

Governor Romney spends most of his two minutes stressing the importance of education, but never explains what exactly he would do to ensure Jeremy will find a job after he graduates, only to tell him: "When you graduate in 2014, I'm gonna make sure you have a job."

How? Romney basically tells the student that he will help him find a job simply by virtue of being elected president.
