Hi everyone. It's good to be back... There are other things going on in the world, of course, and we'll get to some of them later, but my thoughts, like yours I'm sure, are still in Newtown, Connecticut, and on the broader context of mental health and America's violent, gun-obsessed culture. Here are some of the best posts I read on the massacre over the weekend, just a few of so many:
Bark Bark Woof Woof: There will still be days like Friday.
Frankly Curious: Guns cheap, mental health expensive.
Connecting the Dots: Children's sacred right to life.
No More Mister Nice Blog: Gun control and the urban-rural culture war.
Just an Earth-Bound Misfit, I: A warning to the gun community.
President Obama: "We can't tolerate this anymore." No. We. Can't. So do something about it once and for all.
Round-up by Michael J.W. Stickings of The Reaction (@mjwstickings). I'll be here all week.
