I'm not too familiar with Pere Ubu, but my brother posted this video on Facebook and the song ( coupled with the singer's stage presence) piqued my interest. From their Wiki page:

The Danish Broadcasting Corporation is one of the few organizations they trust to record live performances, "solely on the basis of the King of Denmark's defense of the Jews in WWII"
