Creedence Clearwater Revival turned out hit after hit in the late Sixties and into the Seventies, but this lesser known song from 1969's Willy And The Poor Boys is, in my opinion, one of their finest moments. Drummer Doug Clifford: “It’s so powerful, and it’s taking a shot at the powers who were running the whole mess at the time. It sort of set the tone for the following albums, I think.”
