Tim Buckley was one of the great singer-songwriters of the 60's. That his career was cut short, as it had to so many, only makes his music that much more poignant to listen to.
I ran across these sessions (there are a few) he did for the BBC in 1968. I believe this was for John Peel and luckily they were issued commercially by BBC Records in the late 1980's.
Tonight's group of tracks comes from a session he recorded on April 7, 1968. Three songs:
1. Morning Glory
2. Coming Home To You
3. Once I Was
There are several more, which I will be putting up in the coming weeks. They can't be missed.
But not as much as he is.
