Continuing the week of "mini concerts" with an extended excerpt of a set at the recent Musiques en Stock Festival in France this past July by Carl Barat.
Barat, ex-Dirty Pretty Things and ex-Libertines, has launched a very successful solo career and has been touring around Europe quite a bit this year.
This set was recorded by that wildly progressive rock outlet of Radio France, Le Mouv` and is part of their weekly (every Saturday and Sunday) show "Le Mouv` le Live". I would set the timer and check them out - they routinely run gems, like this one.
