(Blur - rumored to have new singles out)

Back to one of my favorites tonight. Blur have been on my top 10 list ever since their first album and it hasn't changed much in all that time. Still one of the great bands who have an ageless sound that holds up over the years and hundreds of playings. Nicer to know they've gotten back together (sort of) and are releasing a new single shortly.

Tonight it's from the For Tomorrow ep. Peach became a huge inspiration for a book I was working on at the time it came out (1993). Something about it grabbed hold of me and never let go. Songs can sometimes do that to you.

That's what makes the whole thing worth it in the first place.
