To the 80's this weekend with a live set from The Smiths, during their U.S. tour in 1986. This concert, from the Universal Amphitheater, was recorded on August 26, 1986 during what has been considered the band's peak. Even though they were together for a short period of time, they managed to leave a lasting impression as one of the most influential bands of the 80's and this concert, lasting a little over an hour, is practically a Greatest Hits album, even though they weren't a successful band commercially - they did have a huge cult and critical following.
