One of the organizers of Occupy Detroit, Sarah Coffey had this to say about the group's relationship with the Detroit Police Department:

"In my opinion, the Detroit police have been a national model," she said, adding that officers have brought pie to the campsite."

I love Detroit. Pie, too.
