Apparently, Jonah's crazy Mom has never heard of Miranda rights. She might also not realize that torture is against the law in this country, and that any confession induced with waterboarding would be thrown out in court.
Either way, if upon hearing that a murder suspect has been apprehended, your first impulse is to scream TORTURE HIM! you probably need some help.
