Four years ago, Killer Kyle Rittenhouse decided to cross state lines, grab an illegally purchased rifle and go to Kenosha to cause mayhem. He shot three people, killing two of them. But those weren't his only casualties.
Because of his hate and selfishness, he ended up hurting his family. And they're still hurting today. So much so that Killer Kyle's sister set up a GoFundMe page just to keep a roof over their heads and to keep themselves alive:
Faith's fundraiser was posted on Go Fund Me on May 30, and it's accompanied by a photograph of her being treated at a medical facility.
In the accompanying message, Faith claimed she and her mother had struggled to maintain employment following the Kenosha shooting, saying they were now being threatened with eviction.
She wrote: "Just under 4 years ago, our lives were shattered when my brother was involved in a tragic shooting incident. The aftermath of this event uprooted our family's stability and left us grappling with grief, trauma, and the harsh reality of starting over. We know that we are not the only family struggling to rebuild after that fateful night.
"In the wake of this tragedy, my family, among many other families, has faced countless challenges. We've had difficulty obtaining and maintaining employment due to the fact many people still believe my mother drove Kyle or was somehow involved in his decision to go to Kenosha. We've struggled emotionally, mentally, and financially to piece our lives back together."
[...]
Faith later said she had been unable to work for four months as a result of "frequent hospitalizations due to medical issues," adding: "We've fallen behind on rent, and now we're facing eviction with only 8 days left in our apartment. The thought of losing our home, our sanctuary in the midst of chaos, is overwhelming and terrifying."
She added that money raised would be spent "covering rent, [paying for] utilities, or even helping us find temporary housing."
Sadly, there's more. There's always more. She included that they are literally on their own because, despite all that they have done for Killer Kyle, he has abandoned them in their time of need, refusing to "provide support or contribute to the family."
And it's not like Kyle is hurting. He's been grifting for years rather successfully, judging by his pot belly, and is now employed as a poster child for some ammosexual group in Texas, collecting wingnut welfare and living high on the hog.
And even if he didn't have any money himself, it would cost him nothing more than a few seconds to share the family's GoFundMe link on his social media. After all, he can do that for a gun shop but not his own family?
At the time of this writing, despite Killer Kyle's callousness, his family has raised almost $6,500. Who knows, if they raise enough money, they might even be able to pay for the brain and heart implant surgery Kyle needs, but I'm afraid his soul is a lost cause.
