Lauren Boebert has taken a hardline stance against crime families, posting this on twitter just yesterday:
Unfortunately for her, the only crime family making the news today is her very own! NBC is reporting that Boebert's 18 year old son, Tyler Jay Boebert, was "arrested Tuesday after a “recent string of vehicle trespass and property thefts” in Rifle, Colorado." He currently faces "felony counts of criminal possession of identification documents, conspiracy to commit a felony, and more than 15 additional misdemeanor and petty offenses."
Oopsie poopsie!
He is still listed as an inmate in the county jail as of Wednesday morning and no bond has been listed. That could be because he has not had a bond hearing yet - or he could have been denied bond. Considering this is not a violent crime that poses a danger to the public, my guess is he has not had the hearing yet.
The Boebert Crime Family has a long history of run-ins with the law. Nice to see Tyler keeping the family in the news for their contribution to the legal system! He is a new dad, so this is a great way to get started on teaching his new baby the family business.
