The presumptive GOP frontrunner, for those who aren't keeping track, is facing 91 felony charges, and he's been indicted four times, and he could very well end up in prison. That's the reality if Donald Trump is the Republican nominee, but that wouldn't be the case if his name were Hillary Clinton. The hypocrisy is stunning, and panelists on Fox News weren't shy about it. Well, at least Fox News medical contributor Dr. Janette Nesheiwat didn't waste a minute to let viewers know that Trump can be the commander-in-chief from prison.

Attorney Paul Mauro predicted on the show that Trump would be the candidate "left standing" by the time Super Tuesday hits on March 5, and that's when Nesheiwat said what most hypocritical Trump supporters think after co-host Kennedy was curious about what might happen if Lumpy is "indicted at some point."

"He can be president from jail if he has to," Nesheiwat said, adding that Trump still has support from Republicans despite his massive legal setbacks.

Twitter users jumped in:

That's why Trump is running -- to stay out of prison, and even if imprisoned, he can pardon himself on day one. The GOP isn't a political party. It's a crime syndicate.
