Above, The Clash performs, I Fought The Law. Today we look to Colorado's historic ruling that TFG is off the primary ballot there, thus setting up the partisan and illegitimate SCOTUS to disappoint us yet again. We remember December 12, 2000 very clearly.

Hullabaloo asserts that the SCOTUS will hear the Colorado case and susses out assorted arguments.

GregFallis says it is a bullshit argument that voters should decide if TFG should be on the ballot.
