Michael Kosta of The Daily Show investigates how California was able to classify certain types of bees as fish but fish can't be bees. And opposed to the whole thing is a guy who things that nut juice is actually milk. I want that guy to show that almonds have very little udders that he can get the milk from. Kosta's investigation led him to the real culprits in this story - the lawyers. Unfortunately, he never did resolve the original questions - Can a bee be a fish and just how does one tuna fish?
