There was a lot of worry out there that Cohen delayed his testimony against in Trump because he was afraid to testify at all. Apparently that is not the case since he's making an appearance in court this Tuesday in Trump's civil fraud case in New York.
Cohen did an interview on CNN earlier this month where he discussed the fact that Trump is basically hosed and is going to lose this case since he's the one that signed off on everything that went on at the Trump Organization, and that he and his son Eric are in for a world of hurt once this is all over.
Michael Cohen ended up delaying his testimony on the 14th and told reporters that he needed to "attend to a pre-existing medical condition" that impeded his ability to testify that week, but he still planned to testify "at the earliest opportunity."
Well, it seems that "opportunity" is this coming Tuesday: Michael Cohen to testify at Trump fraud trial Tuesday with the former president expected in court:

“It appears that I will be reunited with my old client @realDonaldTrump when I testify this Tuesday, October 24th at the @NewYorkStateAG civil fraud trial. See you there!” Cohen posted on the social media site Threads.
Trump is expected to attend the trial on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to two sources close to the former president, who said the details were still being finalized.
Cohen was previously scheduled to testify this week but it was delayed after he cited a medical issue. Whenever he does appear, Cohen’s testimony will be the latest in a series of high-profile public clashes between Trump and his onetime “fixer” over the past several years.
We can add this one to the very long list of bad news for Trump with his court proceedings this week.
