Late Wednesday night, former President Donald Trump thought it would be a good idea to call for a "federal takeover" just before his arrangement today when he returns to the scene of his crimes. Additionally, Trump called for a change of "venue" to "the politically unbiased nearby State of West Virginia!" No, really.
"The latest Fake "case" brought by Crooked Joe Biden & Deranged Jack Smith will hopefully be moved to an impartial Venue, such as the politically unbiased nearby State of West Virginia!" he wrote. "IMPOSSIBLE to get a fair trial in Washington, D.C., which is over 95% anti-Trump, & for which I have called for a Federal TAKEOVER in order to bring our Capital back to Greatness. It is now a high crime embarrassment to our Nation and, indeed, the World. This Indictment is all about Election Interference!!!"
Trump added to the crimes in D.C., so he probably should have sat this one out. The thrice-indicted former President keeps pointing his finger at Joe Biden, who has nothing to do with his (alleged!) crimes. A jury of Lumpy's peers indicted him.
After midnight, he wrote: "The Radical Left wants to Criminalize Free Speech!"
That was addressed in his indictment. Perhaps he should read it. Investigations into Trump's conduct began before the former President announced another run for the GOP nomination. So, it's not "election interference," no matter how many exclamation marks he adds to his sentence.
The dumbass doesn't seem to realize that his posts on Truth Social about a federal takeover can be held against him. Trump's arraignment will occur at a courthouse between the White House and Capitol.
