Dr. Anthony Fauci has quite a resume, including the nearly four decades that he served as the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director at the National Institutes of Health. That ended, and Fauci then served as medical adviser to then-President Donald Trump. Fauci served this country for five decades.

It wasn't until he served under Trump that hate and abuse from the former President's supporters poured in—case in point: Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett, who sits on the House Oversight Committee and can't form a coherent sentence.

Burnett told Newsmax host Chris Salcedo, "We need to pop him (Fauci) good, and hang a felony on him."

Get a load of this gish gallop:

"He needs to go. He needs to; we need it. If he had been, in fact, he did lie, he needs to be brought up on those charges," he said as if that was a coherent sentence.

"We need to find out why American taxpayers are paying to created a disease that you're that, according, to some Democrats, almost wiped out civilization, you know, and why we still paying this gap four hundred plus thousand," he continued.

"We need to pop him good, and hang a felony on it is what we need to do," he added. "People lost their lives because of this nonsense, and this, they are playing God. They took a, they took a virus, and they altered it. He claimed they didn't, I think my friend Rand Paul busted him."

Oh my Goddess. The Newsmax host chuckled as if it's adorable that this freak, who thinks Rand Paul is a good source, wants to "pop" Fauci "good." As for some of the taxpayer money that goes to Fauci, a lot of that is for a security detail. And I don't know what the hell this guy is talking about. How was the virus altered? Is he talking about the fact that it mutated?

And Rand Paul couldn't bust himself out of a paper bag. Just ask his neighbor about that.
