On Friday, the world lost iconic crooner Tony Bennett this week.
Bennett lived to be 96 years young and had a career that lasted longer than most of have been alive. With a career and a life as successful and has storied as his, it would be impossible to do him full justice here. Here is Bennett performing one of his many well-known duets with Lady Gaga for MTV Unplugged.
He was one of the true greats -- and a dedicated Democrat, too. He passed away Friday at the ripe old age of 96, but I wish he could have lived forever. He had one of the best comebacks ever with Lady Gaga, and his voice was pure right to his last performance.
