Texas Congressman Troy Nehls described longtime Republican FBI Director Christopher Wray as a Democratic operative on Fox News earlier this morning.
Nehls joined Fox and Friends to discuss the ridiculous House Judiciary hearing yesterday.
At the hearing, Republicans spit out bowl after bowl of angry word salad to distract from Trump's crimes and coin taxpayer-funded viral soundbites for Hannity. But hey, that's just another Wednesday for the House Oversight Committee.
Wray defended himself during the hearing, saying, "It's insane to say that 'I'm biased against conservatives' given my personal background."
Doocy followed up on this clip: "He's a registered Republican. He was, he worked during the Bush administration," Doocy explained. "He was appointed by Donald Trump. Do you think that turned any heads?"
"Well, it may have, but right now, today, he works for Joe Biden," Nehls said. "He works for President Joe Biden today."
Christopher Wray and the FBI tried to tamp down all the insane conspiracy theories and lies being made by Trump and his acolytes when Trump was in office. Wray was not "working for Joe Biden" at the time.
In the new GOP, the MAGA GOP, the Christian Nationalist GOP, a person cannot be an actual Republican if they dare hold Republicans accountable for any crime.
The GOP is now a criminal enterprise in servitude to their criminal frontrunner, Donald Trump.
