Fox News host Rachel Campos Duffy told viewers on Monday that she is "coming around" to RFK Junior's position of not trusting any vaccine.
Filling in for Jesse Waters Prime Time, guest Batya Ungar-Sargon amplified Fox News' ridiculous praise of RFK's anti-vaccine positions, claiming the Democratic party is censoring his campaign. (Why would the Democratic party offer aid and comfort to a wacko with a sitting president running for re-election?)
However, she had one caveat.
"The problem is, he's not anti-Covid vaccine. He's skeptical of all vaccines," Ungar-Sargon said.
Off-camera Campos-Duffy responded, "I'm starting to get there too, though, Batya. I don't trust anything with pharma anymore."
That made the Fox guest laugh. Huh? There's nothing funny about a paid cable TV host claiming all vaccines developed in the last hundred years are more dangerous than the diseases and viruses they protect us from.
Fox News and many right-wing media outlet are promoting RFK's off-the-wall positions in an effort to weaken Biden's reelection campaign. But in so doing, they are revving up the COVID deniers to hate all vaccines ever developed. Are we back to polio and whooping cough in children? Really?
Campos-Duffy often spreads QAnon and wingnut conspiracy theories on Fox's airwaves, and instead of being told to stop or tone it down, she gets promoted for doing her job.
