Far-right QAnon Klan mom Marjorie Taylor Greene once again dived head first into a nonsensical conspiracy theory.
But hey, it's been that kind of week.
Assigned with playing the hits, Marge appears to have mixed up the lyrics. She's whining about Seth Rich and claiming during today's presser that Christopher Wray is covering up the former DNC staffer's laptop.
Marge has been furiously filing articles of impeachment against President Biden and any other administration official she can think of. And now this.
It was just announced in the news sometime this week that the FBI, and I believe it's Christopher Wray himself, is asking a judge to keep a laptop by a DNC staffer. What was that guy's name? I'm trying to recall his name. Seth Rich.
Huh? WTF?
Sean Hannity and Fox News ran bogus stories about the death of Seth Rich to try and undermine Russia's links to the Trump campaign.
The Rich family eventually sued, and settled their lawsuit against Fox News just before Sean Hannity and Lou Dobbs were slated to potentially give testimony in the case.
Rep. Greene must be unaware of that, since this news most likely never made it to a QAnon message board.
Greene continued her ranting.
They're trying to hold that from the public for 66 years. What is there to hide? These are the kinds of things that shouldn't happen. Christopher Wray does his job as the FBI director, where he puts the party, his party, the Democrat party, above the country. That's wrong. It should always be the country above any party. It should be the country first. He swore an oath for that purpose to the country, not to any political party. That is why he must be impeached. I think there's a very strong case there for Christopher Wray.
Rep. Greene has no actual proof of her new fixation on Seth Rich's laptop.
But liars, conspiracy peddlers, and hucksters need not apply to the real world.
I hope the Rich family sues her too. Perhaps House legal counsel could let her know to take Seth Rich's name outta her mouth, so she doesn't have to spend her campaign money defending herself in court, like Lindsey Graham did. Ahem.
