Did you know that as of the time of this writing, there already has been 15 mass shootings in this country in just this month alone?

So what are we doing about it. Politics Girl is absolutely correct in pointing out that we do control our destiny in this. It's called voting.

If you vote for the people who talk about reasonable gun laws, that stand with the overwhelming majority of people who want these types of laws, and the people who genuinely give a damn when there's another shooting, something will get done about the gun epidemic.

But if you vote for the people who get As from the NRA, wear AR-15 lapel pins and have the entire family cosplaying Rambo on their Christmas cards, yeah, you are part of the problem.

Now, they might not be able to legislate evil, but we sure as fock can vote it out.
