After twice-impeached, indicted felon Donald Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts he was charged within a Manhattan courtroom, New York judge Juan Merchan refused to issue a gag order over Trump's vitriolic social media posts, instead warning Trump and his attorneys he didn't want to see any more of it.

Jake Gibson, a Federal law enforcement producer for Fox News, appeared very nervous when he reported what he saw in the courtroom.

"At some point, the prosecution brought up all of the social media posts that he has put out recently, including the one where he's holding a bat next to DA Bragg," Gibson said. "The prosecution said this could be looked at as inciting violence."

The prosecution "wanted him to give a gag order."

"Judge Justice Merchan said that 'no, he wouldn't give a gag order,' but he said to Mr. Trump and his attorneys, 'I don't want to see this anymore. I don't want to see - the next time I see something like this, I might have a different idea about what I should do," Gibson said.

What's the over-under on Trump adhering to the judge's order? One day, twelve hours, one hour, thirty minutes, one minute?

MAGA has already targeted Justice Merchan's daughter.

UPDATE: It didn't take Trump long to violate the judge's instructions.
