Tucker Carlson's victims, such as MSNBC's Joy Reid, are owed a little something after Fox News finally canned his racist, misogynistic, homophobic ass. Reid took a minute to remind viewers that Tucker has been through this before, but Fox News marks the third major network that have fired him. All. Of. Them. Maybe he can give InfoWars a shot, but aren't they being sued, too? It's hard to keep up.
"Today, Tucker has officially achieved something that I don't think anyone else in our industry can claim -- being let go by all three major cable news networks," Reid said.
"MSNBC, yes, he used to work here," she continued. "CNN, after Jon Stewart humiliated him live on air. And now Fox."
"But Tucker has also achieved something else," she said.
"He arguably has done more on cable television to spread the gospel of hate, fear, and paranoia than anyone since radio propagandist Father Coughlin in the Nazi era of the 1930s," she added.
Fear and paranoia. That's Fox News. The network peddles that to its listeners while garnering a hefty paycheck. It's what they do. Trump supporters don't care about that, though. They're upset that the host that's been feeding them with fear for years was let go.
My fear is that Fox News will assign someone even worse to take Carlson's place. It's not as if the network has any morals or standards.
